About

The Dorset Neon Run is a 5k neon night run open to anyone over the age of 12 in the iconic Poole Park with the aim of having fun! Join up to 1,000 other neon runners and run, walk or skip the 5k route whilst lit up in neon face paint, glow sticks, glow bracelets and fluorescent tutus – whatever takes your fancy – before returning to show off your bling under UV lights and shake your thing to music at the end.

What to Expect

Before your 5K run: On arrival you will register in our event tent and then your evening will start with sizzling sounds from local radio station Hot 102.8 followed by a stage warm up from our clubbercise instructor just before you set off on your 5K route! There will also be an opportunity to buy refreshments, extra neon goodies or get your face-painted to bling up your neon look!

Due to safety reasons, all participants must bring a headtorch, otherwise you will not be able to take part.

After the 5k run: You will receive your goody bag and medal and, if you’re up for it, continue to glow and shake your thing under UV lights in our music arena. For you and your supporters there will be food stands and refreshments and the lake will also be aglow with on-the-water activity!

Glow Shop

Your registration pack includes a branded cotton T shirt, a glow stick, 2 glow bracelets and a 10ml tube of neon facepaint. To really light up the night, you can order additional glow packs when you sign up:
